Cream cheese frosting


1/2 cup butter (real butter, salted) room temperature.
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups confectioners sugar

Heat butter in a microwave safe medium sized bowl on high for 7 seconds. With an electric mixer, beat in cream cheese and vanilla extract until mixture is almost fluffy, about 5 minutes. Gradually beat the confectioners sugar into the cream cheese mixture until it's a nice, smooth frosting.

Store in refrigerator
